Join the National Academies' Office of Communications for a lively lunchtime talk by Kitty Pilgrim, former CNN anchor and correspondent and author of bestselling novels that feature science themes. Hear how Kitty weaves science into her stories and brings strong female science characters to life in her popular books, The Explorer's Code and The Stolen Chalice.
 
This event takes place at the Keck Center, 500 Fifth Street, N.W., Room 100, Washington, D.C. There is no charge for this event. A boxed lunch will be served at no charge.
